The Site Manager will work with the entire content management team, working closely with writers, translators, seo analysts, designers & developers, as well as with the marketing team. Candidates should have demonstrated experience managing high traffic web sites. The right person needs to be able to manage initiatives from inception through release independently and through others. This role requires top-notch cross-group collaboration to make sure our sites/user experiences meet expectations.

Responsibilities:
· Analyze, plan, acquire, and integrate content for all websites, blogs, newsletters
· Work with marketing department to create, test and measure innovative ways to increase revenues
· Drive revenue on a daily basis by work with partners to test and tune advertising while ensuring quality user experience
· Drive increased traffic to bettingchoice.co.uk, guidetopoker.com and all associate sites on our gaming network
· Work with internal team members and partners to update necessary areas of all sites, blogs and systems within our network
· Interpret and analyze business intelligence web usage and gather qualitative & quantitative customer feedback to understand how the sites are being used
· Use data to make informed decisions and drive requirements to program management to improve sites and tools
· Create roadmap and schedule for site content, advertising test/innovations, and site updates.
