Job Description:
We are currently seeking one Website designer. This contract opportunity is slated to begin as soon as possible and is projected to be 3-6 months in length, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Set up and maintenance marketing and shopping cart website
* Updating web sites and maintaining applicability of content to ensure timely information
* Set up Adwords, promotional material and other services available to increase web traffic
* Providing creative, functional design solutions for web sites
* Help with order processing if necessary

Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:

* Graduate from BCIT (or equivalent) two year program in web design, computer science or online marketing technology
* Working knowledge of ASP, ASP.NET, HTML
* Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite ( Dreamweaver, Indesign, photoshop , etc)
* Search engine optimization techniques including SEO website submission, managing meta tags, internet traffic optimization, etc
* On line marketing techniques including adword, blogging, online promotion and advertisements
* Web design and advanced working knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver is an asset.
* Demonstrate a passion to learn new relevant production techniques and software applications.
* Knowledge on how to drive customers to a website
