A new innovative marketing + design company in Downtown Vancouver is looking for talented candidates to join our team in positions;

WEB DESIGNER / ONLINE MARKETING

1) Experience in online marketing and specifically in client account management including; PPC and SEO as well as email marketing and Google Analytics.
2) Have some social media experience with having set-up Facebook ads and managing a Twitter account either for a personal account or a work related account.
3) Able to manage the online marketing initiatives for a portfolio of clients.
4) Develop and manage to increase user-base and web traffic using internet marketing, email marketing, SEO, and social media.

And, you are also able to:
* Assist in production coordination of new marketing materials
* Assist in implementing marketing strategies throughout the year
* Responsible for company website to ensure it is constantly evolving and to reflect new campaigns for RSP season each year
* Write and execute new copy for the web
* Update materials, websites, & presentations
* Co-ordinate with designers for design projects as required
* Create e-invitations and other marketing collateral as required
* Write financial fund updates and presentations on a regular basis
* Develop and maintain email strategies for Investment Advisors
* Co-ordinate distribution of mass emails to IAs and keep IA email database current
* Assist with projects on an ongoing and as needed basis
* Prepare monthly report of activities for Manager
* Provide reception relief from time to time

Qualification:
* Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products, including InDesign
* Proven ability and motivation to take initiative
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage and coordinate projects
* Website development and management
* Working knowledge of web security
* Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight timelines
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
* Strong financial writing and communication skills
* Bilingual an asset
