Maximizer Software is seeking a skilled and experienced Webmaster/SEO Expert to join its Marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Webmaster & SEO Expert must be efficient, versatile, and task oriented.

Job responsibilities include:
Web Development & Design
* Use site traffic analysis to improve the website and produce new ideas and design concepts.
* Gather information including technical website analysis and competitive website research.
* Development of ongoing site features/functionality.
* Perform quality assurance testing on new and existing web pages/sites.
* Perform content maintenance and updates
* Create banners and online advertising.
* Work with team to monitor, review, and update web site traffic reports.
* Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies.
* Work with a wide range of media, including images, streaming video and Flash.
* Manage information architecture including naming, linking and location conventions for web folders, pages, images, and multimedia files.
* Work with IS team on web content management system requirements and implementation
SEO/SEM
* Manage organic search engine optimization to ensure website is ranked at the top for primary and secondary keywords through knowledge of search engine algorithms, spiders and search engine ranking factors.
* Optimization of site design and content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines.
* In-bound link development from relevant sites and directories.
* Managing and implementing online lead generation campaigns.
* Manage PPC campaigns by contributing to SEM strategy, monitoring metrics for CPC campaigns (Google AdWords), using keyword ranking tools and competitive analysis, and reporting on results.
* Graphics & Communication
* Contribute innovative ideas and produce quick conceptual designs for review by the marketing team for various marketing collateral (web, print, multimedia), email campaigns and landing pages, advertisements (web and print), and other promotional material as required.
* Produce highly creative web and printed materials in a timely manner.
* Maintain consistency in branding and design across all media: web, print and video.
* Support marketing team in graphics, email and web requirements

Job Requirements include:

* Extensive experience in website design (Portfolio required)
* Minimum 5 years experience in website development and search engine optimization with proven ability to achieve top search engine rankings.
* Talented graphic designer (Portfolio required)
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university.
* Proven online marketing experience
* Proven experience using graphics and web development tools including Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Flash.
* Expertise in HTML including cross-client and cross-browser testing.
* Proficient with CSS, CGI, ASP, JavaScript.
* Proficient with e-commerce site development/management, website-database integration (SQL)
* Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication.
* Excellent project management skills and organization.
* Self-motivated with the ability work independently and collaborate as a strong team member, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to changes.
* Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines.
* Knowledge of other programming languages (including PHP, .NET) an asset
