We are a small and innovative company who operates a network of highly successful websites specializing in the Real Estate industry.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Adding/maintaining website functionality using PHP and MySQL
* Performing day to day website updates (eg. adding new content sections, site configuration, optimization)
* Building and maintaining social networking presence (eg. Facebook, Twitter)
* Performing website testing
* From time to time, providing customer support
Relevant skills include:
* Experience developing applications using PHP and MySQL
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript/CSS/xhtml
* Strong knowledge of database concepts, XML
* Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-have skills include:
* Graphic design for the web (eg. Photoshop, Fireworks)
* Experience with content management systems such as Drupal, Wordpress
* Flash/Actionscript experience
* SEO skills
This is a part time position (20 hours a week) to start, and will be a combination of working remotely and working in person (a minimum of 1 day a week, work will take place at a home based office in Port Moody).
