Candidate Requirements:

Web Development
* Experience creating and maintaining web pages
* Extensive typography, graphic, writing, and user interface design skills
* Understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript (rollovers, pop-ups) and the capabilities of web browsers and user interaction
* Deep understanding of browsers, platforms, compatibility, accessibility, and usability issues
* some asp.net and C# experience
* basic Photoshop

SEO
* At least 2 years’ experience in search engine optimization with proven ability to achieve top search engine rankings
* Optimization of on-site content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines
* controlling naming conventions and linking conventions of web pages, images, and multimedia files
* Keyword research using a variety of tools to determine keyword targets of search engine optimization
* In-bound link development from relevant sites and directories
* Tracking of and reporting on traffic and search engine rankings in regards to relevant properties and keywords
* Monitoring of the product space on the web to determine trends and identify or modify targets for search engine
* Managing and implementing pay-per-click advertising campaigns (Test and analyze keywords, title and description copy)
* Identifying and implementing innovative SEO strategies
* Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
* Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis
* Knowledge of best practices for organic search engine optimization
* Knowledge of different search engines, search engine spiders and search engine ranking factors
