Responsibilities:
* Produce clean and efficient HTML, CSS and Javascript
* Ability to build and manage Content Management Systems
* Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
* Proficiency with cross-browser and cross-platform issues and standards
* Understanding of other programming languages to act as our liaison with our technical partners on projects requiring complex backend infrastructure
* Flash competency a bonus

Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-3 years experience developing complex websites
* Proven track record of estimating time for a given task and delivering on time
* Current with web standards and trends
