The Web Marketing Manager is responsible for researching, planning, negotiating, maintaining and reporting on the company’s internet advertising programs in order to drive qualified traffic, conversions and revenue to existing and new sites.

Responsible for:

* Develop, execute and manage all internet marketing programs which includes:  Web Affiliate, Search Engine, blogs and online advertising (i.e. banner ads)
* Drive traffic, conversions and revenue to existing and new sites
* Work closely with the brand and production teams to ensure web content and creative includes targeted and relevant keywords and that the websites are functioning correctly
* Manage the online media budgets vs. spend and reconcile all vendor invoices in a timely matter
* Investigate, analyze and recommend new internet advertising opportunities
* Manage relationships with internal and external partners and third party sources
* Analyze and report on internet campaign results on an ongoing, timely basis
* Educate and update the marketing teams in a positive, ongoing basis on the internet advertising landscape

In this position, you may be responsible for implementing and adhering to approved security controls and procedures in support of the Credit Card Security and Computer Use & Electronic Communications policies

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Experience:
* Between 3-5 years´ experience in Internet Marketing
* Between 3-5 years´ experience in e-commerce and consumer brand management
* Understanding for web technologies
* Experience managing web affiliate and search engine programs
* Proven track record in developing and promoting high traffic B2C websites
* Strong attention to detail to meet deadlines
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Experience in using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
* Experience managing large-scale, agency-style PPC campaigns with major Internet search engines, such as Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing, and smaller search engines, such as FindWhat, Enhance, Kanoodle.
* Managing on-line advertising budgets
* Creating, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators of campaigns
* Ability to operate, analyze and make recommendations and decisions at both a tactical, granular level as well as at a strategic, macro level
* Ability to present complex statistical information to diverse audiences with different levels of experience and understanding
* Post-secondary degree in Internet Marketing and/or relevant experience
* Dedication to ongoing learning through attendance and participation in Internet marketing workshops, seminars and conferences
