Job Description:
The Web Director is responsible for strategic development, implementation and maintenance of our corporate and casual games websites. You will liaise with 3rd party partners, as well as with our internal development team.
You should have experience in web editing, a solid understanding of web back-end and client technologies, as well as excellent communications skills. The Web Director will drive our SEO and online marketing strategy, evaluate telemetry, and drive our IA and web usability initiatives. This is a leadership role and our ideal candidate must be able to work effectively with C-level executives on a strategic level as well as thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with online transaction engines and other current web technologies.
5+ years experience managing a large corporate, entertainment or video game related web presence.
Expert in developing and implementing a web strategy.
Proven Web Marketing and SEO capabilities.
Experience negotiating third-party contracts and forging external relationships.
Web usability and IA expert.
Experience creating wireframes.
Managed user testing and/or Beta programs.

Candidate Profile:
Self-starter.
Diplomatic, professional and friendly demeanour.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience creating content and topics for forums, sites, blogs and podcasts.
