Web Developer

The ideal candidate will have a strong web and backend database background complimented by front end graphical design skills. Here is what we’re looking for:

Job Description:
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of corporate marketing sites. Regular monitoring and maintenance of designed program.
o Managing web positioning and implementing benchmarking standards
* Assist in developing and maintaining marketing websites for new and existing programs and services
* Develop and maintain a brand new intranet to be used by all BackCheck staff.
o Construct the system based on provided specifications and internal technical infrastructure.
o Work closely with BackCheck’s Marketing and IS departments throughout development
* Coordinating online materials with corporate sales team, including research support
* Initiating and undertaking unique projects when necessary
* Performing other related duties

Skills Required:
* Experience in running SEO campaigns
* Sharepoint, ASP.NET, CSS, MS tools
* Fluency in various graphic design software
* Computer savvy and ability to learn new software and applications quickly
* Strong attention to detail
* Keen creative drive and ability to analyze and follow existing materials
* Experience in developing marketing strategies and conducting research
* Strong analytical and problem solving ability
* Strong verbal and communication skills
* Ability to organize and multitask

Salary: $20.00/hour
Employment Type: 6 month contract
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
