Web Developer/ Webmaster

Job Description:
VideoVistas.com is seeking a Web Developer to create and maintain its Internet sites, determining content and deployment of information on the world wide web. Included in your duties will be representing the company on the external web, ensuring that they receive maximum exposure on critical search engines (e.g., Google) and directing search engine optimization efforts; designing, coding, maintaining, troubleshooting, and debugging static and dynamic web pages. You will also be providing design, maintenance, and tracking for on-line promotional material; spearheading, troubleshooting, and maintaining integration of web-based data; and leading, tracking, and facilitating the implementation of new web-related project and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience creating and maintaining web pages in a marketing and/or product development environment
- Strong working knowledge of web development tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with Dreamweaver, Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Manager, HTML, JavaScript, XML a plus
- Working knowledge of Flash, Photoshop (or Fireworks) a plus
