Premier small creative agency working primarily in luxury real estate marketing is seeking a web developer/designer.

The successful candidate will have:
* Great time management
* Quick creative thinking skills
* The ability to work within pre-defined creative
* Self-starting capability
* 2 years of education at a recognized post-secondary educational institution
* A passion for the real estate industry

In terms of skill set, you are:
* Confident with HTML, CSS and web standards
* Able to create consistent designs across all web-browsers
* Familiar with Web 2.0 technology
* Knowledgeable of preparing graphic images for the web with Adobe software
* Able to efficiently create HTML from Illustrator / Photoshop layouts
* Comfortable with building push pages, e-vites, web banners and websites
* Capable with Javascript
* Versed in domain and email management

Additionally, you may have:
* A working knowledge XML and database technologies
* The ability to work in Flash and ActionScript (AS2 or better)
* Capability with PHP or similar language
* An understanding of Joomla or similar CMS
* Knowledge of web optimization (SEO)/conversion strategies
* Experience with search engine marketing (SEM), Google AdWords and other Google technologies
* Experience in the real estate industry
