He/she will demonstrate a commitment to high quality output and excellent communication and organizational skills, and will be expected to use his/her skills to improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing systems both off and online.

HomeHunters.com is looking for a web/database consultant. Given the dynamic nature of the real estate business, duties will be varied but all inter connected.
* Merge and ‘clean up’ 3 existing databases into Outlook 2007
* Implement a new Real Estate Blog (Active rain)
* Improve presence on Social Networking sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace)
* Set Up automated Drip Email Follow Up system
* Set Up automated Direct Mail system (SendOutCards.com)
* Fine Tune Outlook Business Contact Manager and develop Opportunity Module

Relevant skills include:
* Experience with Blogs and Social Networking Sites
* Experience with Web based marketing
* Experience with Multi Media, digital photos and video
* Experience with Databases, Microsoft Outlook and CRM
* Experience with SEO an asset but not essential
* Experience with Real Estate an asset but not essential

Work will be partly at an Abbotsford office and partly online with flexible hours. Initially, this will be a contract or hourly position but has potential to become permanent part time for maintenance and future development.
