The System
Our proprietary Enterprise Management System provides booking and scheduling to our high-volume inbound Call Center of more than 100 Sales Agents, and powers our sophisticated online booking and SEO activities. In addition to providing real-time schedule access to our entire franchise system via the web and mobile phones, and through our Customer Support personnel our software toolset provides third-party B2B service to our primary customers.

The Role
Working in our exciting Development team, the Web 2.0 Developer will be reporting directly to the Application Development Manager. This role will involve maintenance and development of our Live EMS in three different scenarios including typical waterfall projects, shorter-term agile projects, and real-time guerilla support. The Web 2.0 Developer will have the opportunity to work directly with our QA and BA teams on key projects and development issues.

Essentials:
* 2+ years of application development using AJAX and Web 2.0 in a Microsoft environment
* Strong XML/XSLT knowledge is a must
* Experience with .NET and web-based applications
* Database expertise using SQL is mandatory
* Computer Science Degree or equivalent programming experience

Assets:
* Working knowledge in a fast paced, start-up environment
* At ease with both individual work, as well as team-based work
* Experience working with and maintaining in-house proprietary software
