We are looking for an outstanding creative and analytical marketing leader to lead our marketing strategy and propel our company to the next level of success.

The VP Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategy, development and execution of online marketing, advertising, branding, promotion, PR, strategic partnership, marketing analytics and testing. The VP Marketing requires strong online consumer marketing experience, hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media, Email Acquisition and Affiliate marketing, and a proven track-record of delivering dramatic results.

Qualifications
* 8-10 years Marketing Management Experience
* Undergraduate degree is required and an MBA degree is preferred
* Exceptional management skills in developing and executing sophisticated marketing strategies, tactics, plans and programs.
* Successful long-term track record with consistency of performance in all areas of marketing management with an emphasis on internet traffic, on line conversion strategies
* Experience managing a large marketing team, min. 15 employees
* Smart, high-energy person with a proven track record who can collaborate exceptionally well with others
* Savvy marketer and business manager with a record of quantifiable achievements
* Accountability-focused, tough but fair manager who can inspire their team
