We are looking for a creative, self motivated, EXPERIENCED Web / UI Developer to help drive the technical design and implementation of our commercial website and web-based applications. You will be comfortable developing in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) environment and you possess a solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS, XHTML and PHP.

Skills:
* 3 - 5 years development experience with hand-coding advanced (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Excellent understanding of web site architecture, design, and layout
* Ability to create strict (X)HTML/CSS without the use of tables
* Proficient with cross-browser/cross-platform issues, DOM and W3C web standards
* Understanding Web 2.0 technologies (DHTML, Ajax and Flex)
* Familiar with Object-Oriented programming
* GUI design experience
* Adobe Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, Fireworks
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM and social networking a definite plus
* College diploma (degree preferred) or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities:
* Development and maintenance of Company website(s) and UI for web-based content and applications
* Creation of content, UI, and graphics that meets and exceeds Web 2.0 standard interface spectaculars
