Responsibilities

Job Function:
Develop and maintain computer programs and components for database, server and client applications to support company services and operations. Support and troubleshoot systems in production, as required. Develop operational, monitoring and troubleshooting procedures to ensure uninterrupted operation of systems and services.

Principal Responsibilities:
Work with Project Managers, end users, fellow developers, QA, technical and customer support groups, and management to create program specifications, and develop working graphic user interfaces for mobile native and web based applications. Write documentation for programs. Provide training as needed to end-users and technical support.

Additional Activities:
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness. Improve and diversify technical skills, following the company needs. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Technical Skills Required :
- Min. 2 years of experience with: PHP, XHTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
- Min. 1 year experience in Flash development using Action Script
- Proficient in designing and programming Flash content and other rich media applications
- Knowledge of Web graphic technologies and file optimization techniques by using Adobe Photoshop
- SEO experience/knowledge is an asset
