Student Services / Marketing Assistant (2 positions)

Established downtown ESL institution seeks 2 assistants to support the marketing department as well as provide an exceptional level of student service to our international clients. Duties will include regular follow-up with agents & students, student advising, translation, internet marketing, general office tasks and other duties as assigned. These positions require oral/written English fluency in addition to fluency in Spanish or Japanese. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized and have exceptional computer skills.

These are both excellent entry-level marketing positions and offer an opportunity to gain marketing experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Skills Required:
* Previous work experience or education in marketing.
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Basic Dreamweaver skills an asset.
* Internet marketing knowledge (SEO, website analysis, blogs/message boards, Facebook etc).
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish or English and Japanese
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
