Summary of Position:
We are looking for an exuberant, lively and business oriented Social Media Community Coordinator (Coordinator) who can develop, establish & direct exceptional social media campaigns and policies for our growing community and client projects. The Coordinator will be responsible for researching internal and external sources to generate ideas and guide the development of social media platforms of a campaign.

The Coordinator is responsible for creating and nurturing relationships and developing marketing opportunities by engaging our diverse community of partners, vendors, clients and even competitors! The Coordinator should combine these efforts with their well honed SEO and analytics skills to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations. The Coordinator must perform these feats of magic while following content strategy guidelines and respecting and strengthening our business brand.
The Coordinator must ensure strategic continuity of content, design and business objectives across different elements of an online project.
The ideal candidate will be able to create a perfect marriage between branding and the online business narrative to create unique user experiences that elicits responses, engage the audience and help execute the business objectives of the campaign. We search for team members who:

Primary Responsibilities
- work with team lead to create engaging content titles and key elements for short term program
- communicate and direct various online social media campaigns with a focus on branding, marketing, business goals and visitor needs
- Develop, implement, test and improve social media policies and guidelines for campaigns and client engagements
- Act as an online brand advocate, connecting one-to-one with stakeholders, development team members, clients, visitors and other influencers to discover the best campaign strategy
- work on link building and socialization of web content, promotions, and advertising campaigns aimed at increasing our web presence
- Work with Analytics software to identify, track, test and improve social media initiatives
Research and implement improved social media tools to leverage social media activities
- Strategize and educate internal team members & departments about incorporating relevant social media techniques into their departmental activities as they relate to our mission
- Continuously research new social media trends and identify best methods for implementing new concepts in order to achieve business objectives
Other Duties
- Participate in suggesting, evaluating, reviewing and executing the implementation of new technical solutions based on company’s business objectives
- Provide weekly written reports to immediate supervisor
- Other related duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience as a member of a multidisciplinary Web design/development team
- High familiarity with web 2.0 tools and tracking measures
- Knowledge and background in business & marketing strategy with a demonstrable understanding of - marketing, branding, audience analysis, and usability issues
- Fluency with content management systems and content analysis
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects, work with various creative and technical specialists, and deliver against aggressive and demanding deadlines
- History of independent thinking, decision-making, and consensus-building
- Strong consulting and presentation skills
- Strong client engagement, communication, and team-building skill
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Able to navigate complex client relationships and respond with diplomacy and graceful tact
