We are currently looking for someone to supplement our SEO team with ongoing link building services. We are based in Vancouver Canada, and while it isn’t a requirement, we would prefer to work with someone locally. The ideal candidate for the position should meet the following qualifications.

- superb knowledge of organic search marketing, esp. Google and Yahoo!
- minimum 3 years experience in white hat link building (5+ years ideally)
- experience in competitive markets
- familiarity with KeywordDiscovery, Wordtracker, KEI & keyword research in general
- ability to discern high quality links from low quality links
- familiarity with social bookmarking (ie. Digg, StumbleUpon, Del.icio.us, Furl, etc)
- ability to work remotely

You must have a strong knowledge in using Textlinks to improve the organic ranking of websites, please let us know your strengths and experience in this area.

Responsibilities Include:
* Researching linking opportunities on the web for our client base
* Posting content on review and social media sites
* Maintaining and using social media accounts
* Online site submissions to directories and advertising centers

Duties will include:
- acquiring quality incoming links
- submitting web sites to directories
- syndicating articles and content in various industries
- optimizing and submitting press releases
- fostering new partnerships with third party sites for the purposes of link building
- taking a pro-active approach to acquiring links - creativity and resourcefulness a plus!
