Netcetera is a successful, growing and well respected local IT outsourcing firm that is looking to add a contractor or part time individual to complement our existing team of dedicated professionals. Our clients are well known and respected leaders in their market or rising stars who see the value of investing in best in-class technology and services. You are “A” a self motivated person currently working as an independent contractor and need some additional work on an ongoing basis.

You are “B” a skilled individual looking for part time employment with the possibility of full time employment in the future.

Or “C” you have your own clients, love your work, but don’t like sales, accounting, managing staff or other aspects of running your business and would be interested in becoming part of a larger established and growing organization.

We have several projects to complete and need someone with the right skills and a great attitude to help us complete them. These projects include;

* Updating and revitalizing our main company web page
* Helping us establish and manage a social networking presence
* Update and revitalize our second established e-commerce business website
* Use industry standard tools to create and drive our SEO campaigns

Skills and other requirements as we see them;

* 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in an on-line environment
* A relevant university degree
* Excellent English language oral and written communication skills
* In-depth experience with SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, analytics etc.
* Social media and marketing experience with Blogs, Facebook, RRS and Twitter etc.
* Prior experience with Hubspot and Brainshark would be a definite asset
* Ability to create and publish on-line content (videos for YouTube for example)
* A strong portfolio of client work in web design is essential. Please provide a link to your website and sites you’ve created.
* A thorough understanding of web standards, best practices, and cross-browser compatibility
* An eye for detail, quality and consistency
* Skilled and experienced in content writing
* Ability to design and create professional looking websites that are intuitive and easy to use
* Email marketing, RSS Feeds, and other internet marketing tools
* Strong business, marketing and organizational skills
* Ability to analyze the effectiveness and ROI of web-based marketing initiatives is a definite asset
* Good understanding of the languages and technologies required (i.e. HTML / XHTML / .NET / CSS and tools such as DreamWeaver, Flash, Photoshop, CMS systems etc).

If you have the creative, business, marketing and SEO skills but don’t have the coding skills to actually build the sites we would still like to hear from you. We may look at having someone else do the coding if we find the right person for all other aspects of the projects.
