SEO / Internet Marketing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY
The successful incumbent will be a well rounded Internet Marketing Specialist who can lead the execution of our SEO and Internet Marketing strategies. As part of the Marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:

* Act as the main point of contact for the execution of our SEO & SEM strategy through working with internal stakeholders
* Develop the SEO & SEM roadmap and strategy
* Work across multiple areas in our organization in order to track, optimize, and develop our SEO & SEM strategy
* Provide an SEO perspective when new projects are started to ensure that search benefits are optimized
* Review trends and web analytics to provide recommendations for future areas of focus as they relate to SEO & SEM
* Work closely with our blog writers to ensure full search value is being realized through the blog properties
* Develop weekly and monthly search reports
* Continual monitoring and execution of SEO efforts on all controlled websites to increase search traffic and visibility
* Keyword research
* Develop, maintain and execute PPC marketing campaigns
* Develop a link building strategy and program, including negotiating link exchanges and purchases
* Maintenance, purchasing, and research of all domains

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

* 4-6 years experience with SEO and SEM with proven ability to develop strategy and achieve results
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS and an understanding of HTTP server headers
* Self directed and a self starter
* Inquisitive and results focused approach
* Up to date on trends in SEO and SEM
* Ability to communicate effectively with various groups such as web developers, marketing personnel, and business stakeholders
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver on multiple tasks with tight deadlines

ADDITIONAL ASSETS
* Experience with web analytics programs such as Google Analytics a plus
* Experience in the online gaming
* Experience in a high tech environment
