The Job
We are prepared to offer the successful candidate a 3 month probationary contract, guaranteeing 15/hrs a week for the first period, to be evaluated-extended-adjusted after three months. Ideally we are looking for people that are interested in sticking around, and building with us.

Compensation will be dependent upon your qualifications. Also expect to see bonus’ for work above-and-beyond and for successful contracts etc. We also offer a referral kickback if you bring new clients.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct keyword research and develop effective short and long tail keyword strategies.
- Carry out extensive site-wide analysis to identify and resolve SEO issues.
- Analyze campaign performance.
- Client management, working directly with clients to develop and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Creating reports and suggesting future search engine marketing strategies.
Development and implementation of search engine optimization plans and budgets.

Your Skills / Experience
Proven experience with SEO and Internet Marketing
Experience with various analytic platforms
Excellent web knowledge
HTML / CSS knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Detail oriented and extremely organized

You will be expected to work in office some of the time, but for the most part to start you will be working form home, carefully tracking your tasks per hours.
