As a Senior SEO, you are a bright, detail oriented person who will report to the Director of Internet Marketing. In close coordination with the marketing department, this role will ensure conformity with search engine best practices as well as web usability. The performance of both search engine results across a number of engines and search engine types is the responsibility of this individual, in addition to “conversion to join”.

Description
-Testing and analyzing keywords, title, and description copy while providing modification of content for each page
-Researching and evaluating competitor-paid search marketing efforts and identifying new search opportunities
-Finding solutions to increase free traffic to the site through optimization of website pages
-Search engine and directory submissions; article submissions
-Strategic link building development
-Monitoring and reporting ongoing status: ensuring testing and performance reports are completed in thorough and complete manner
-Attaining an in depth knowledge of sports scheduling and search terminologies, which will maximize return on investment and drive mass traffic
-Defining strategic plans to ensure maximal return, including pod-casting and new search techniques
-Properly planning and presenting programs in structured format and ensuring strategic plans fit into the business metrics as assigned by the Director of Internet Marketing
-Spearheading niche campaigns from strategy to execution, whose primary focus is customer acquisition through search engines

Requirements
-Minimum two year’s experience in Internet marketing/SEO
-Programming and web design knowledge a plus
-Knowledge of search engine functionality, pay-per-click (PPC) accounts, web statistic programs, and Internet marketing business ROI
-An avid interest and outstanding knowledge in sports and gaming is an asset

Compensation is $40,000 - $60,000 , depending on experience
