About You:
A dynamic Online Marketer who ‘gets’ Search. Ideally, you like doing both SEO and PPC (and you’re good at it!). But if you’re an absolute star in just one discipline (ie: SEO ninja or PPC guru), then that’s great!
You’re passionate about the Web and know how to drive qualified traffic to websites.

About Us:
Cossette Communications (Magnet Search Marketing) is Canada’s largest communication and advertising agency and we’re growing our Search Marketing team (MagnetSearchMarketing.com) in Vancouver.
We’ve got great clients in many different industries and you’ll get to work on a variety projects and challenges.

About The Role (Search Marketing Analyst):

Main Duties
* Building out paid search campaigns (Google Adwords; Yahoo Search Marketing; MSN AdCenter)
* Keyword research
* Analyzing campaign performance and implementing improvements
* Monthly client reporting
* Various other Internet Marketing projects (social media; blogging; link baiting; contributing to SEO site audits and client recommendations)
* Working closely with the Director of Search Marketing & the entire Media team to execute Internet Marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience
* 0.5 - 2 years doing search (paid and/or organic)
* A whiz at analyzing traffic patterns through Analytics
* Strong data analysis skills (figuring out what the numbers really mean)
* Basic understanding of HTML is great
* University degree or diploma
* High energy and very driven
* Fast learner
* Strong believer in testing and data-based analysis
* Strong pulse on the Search industry and keeps up-to-date on the latest Internet Marketing developments
* Agency experience is a plus (but not required)

* CTR/CPA/CPC
* Adwords Quality Score (and how to improve it)
* Universal Search
