We are looking to hire a new contractor for our internet based real estate investing and foreclosure prevention companies.

This exciting and dynamic position is part time initially (approx 20 hours a week) and depending upon the success, knowledge and desire of the person could easily grow into full time hours.

Position is a CONTRACTOR position where the rate billed to us will be $15/hr CAD. It will be expected that the contractor will be working from our office near the corner of Burrard & Broadway in Vancouver.

If you are unwilling to commute to our office for work, then this isn’t a position that you should apply for.

Here is just a small sample of the skill set and tasks expecting by the right contractor:
On-page SEO (title & meta tags)
Google analytics (goal and funnel creations)
RSS feed creation and implementation
Wordpress blog creation and SEO
Keyword research
Video creation and editing
Simple HTML web page creation
CSS & PHP programming
Website graphic design

Extra consideration will be given to candidates who feel as though they can write and contribute content in the areas of real estate investing and foreclosure prevention, however this is not essentially to be awarded the contract.
