You are a self-starter, efficient and organized individual that is able to produce high quality work under pressure. The successful candidate will work closely with the President and will head the Sales & Marketing department to optimize online and general marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, organizing open day events, arranging and making presentations to potential clients and to implement ideas that benefit our company.

All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in marketing & sales management and excellent English communications skills (both oral and written)

Job Description:
Create and implement a multi-channel Marketing Plan
Create, execute, and track Advertising Campaigns (Direct Mail, Internet, Newspaper, Newsletter, Social Media,)
Design and write advertising material (Brochures, Newsletters, Postcards,...)
Keep Empire One’s Solutions social media (Twitter, Facebook, and Blog) up-to-date
Book appointments with companies to go and present our services
Make sales calls and follow-up emails/phone calls
Create sales proposals
Keep track of Leads and Customers
Ability to close the deal

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in Marketing
Sales and Lead Conversion Knowledge and Skills
Aptitude and ability to learn/sell memberships
Excellent and Professional Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
Work with little or no supervision

Other Good to Have Qualifications:
Business education background
Graphic Design (Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or MS Publisher to create brochures is an asset although we have our own designer for this)
Internet Marketing Expertise (PPC, SEO, and Social Media Advertising)
Ability to create and update blog
