At Netgenetix Media, in the role of Project Manager, you can do all these things, and be a major contributor to the success of our team. We work with small and mid-sized customers to design custom web-based solutions that serve their business needs. In addition to web design some of our value-added services include our proprietary content management software, Zowie CMS; our search engine optimization service, Citrus SEO; as well as custom print and logo design for corporate branding.

We have identified certain traits, skills, and experience that would suit this role:
* Direct experience in web development as a project manager and / or as a web designer / developer
* Formal training in project management, marketing, and business and / or web technologies
* Aptitude for requirements analysis, information architecture, web user experience
* Demonstrated ability to manage both technical and non-technical details for complex web projects
* Confidence in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
* Capacity to handle multitude of responsibilities and deadlines, while still maintaining a sense of humour
* Ability to write internal and client-facing documentation, including project-specific contributions to sales proposals and press releases
* Maturity to make astute decisions, independently and as part of a team
* Flair for understanding how the possibilities of the web can help our customers
* Dedication to excellence to help our company continue to exceed client expectations
* Willingness to contribute to development of internal process
* Continued desire to learn about more about project management, business, design, and web technology
* Proficiency with Project Management Tools: MS Visio, MS Office, MS Project
* Familiarity with Web/Design Technologies: Photoshop, Flash, HTML, XHTML, ASP, ASP.net, SQL, AJAX, JavaScript
