The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, designers, and SEO specialists toward optimizing lead generation Web sites in multiple segments, including adult entertainment. He/she will have a proven background in project management and leadership plus experience working with large Web portals.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee project management for client Web sites including requirements definition/refinement, project plan creation and management, overseeing design/develop/test/launch cycle and overall project communication.
* Working with various designers (HTML/Flash/Web Design/CSS) and our SEO team to develop high impact web sites and marketing material for magazines and trade shows. This individual has to also manage the design and web development team to set priorities and meet important deadlines.
* Have the ability to recommend and implement new work flow processes for the design and web development team.

Ideal Candidate will have:
* a minimum of two years as a project manager / designer for an online web business
* familiarity with web site design, development, visual design and QA testing
* a university degree or diploma in web design or web development, not necessary if potential candidate has prior work experience.
