Our client is a young and thriving company with excellent career opportunities for driven individuals. We are an online marketing consulting firm working primarily with clients in the internet lead generations. DOM is an integral part of one of the most successful organizations in the Internet lead generation industry.

This fast growing, fast-paced internet marketing company is looking for an energetic, flexible and enthusiastic Online Media Buyer to lead and direct the media buying, planning and business development efforts for their online Acquisition program.

Your Role
The Online Media Buyer is responsible for establishing, negotiating and developing with agencies, ad networks, portals, vendors and operators. An individual in this position will identify and execute written agreements with cost-effective, scalable and targeted sources of media that can provide qualified and profitable traffic. The buyer will negotiate pricing and acquire inventory on a CPC, CPA and CPM basis for banners, email, pop-up and other direct response inventory, while ensuring that sources maintain the minimum acceptable ROI metrics/goals.

Responsibilities:
* Identify online media buying opportunities and negotiate tests to determine profitability of online campaigns.
* Negotiate, develop, monitor and manage delivery of booked campaigns on CPA, CPC and CPM models.
* Manage agency, ad network, portal, vendor and operator relationships.
* Manage day-to-day communication with advertising partners to ensure partners have necessary creative, tracking URLs, reporting, and other materials necessary to execute and optimize advertising campaigns.
* Keep track of performance metrics measuring the results of online advertising initiatives.
* Work with developers and designers regarding SEO-friendly on-site functions

Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum three (3) years experience buying interactive display ad units for direct response. Must have strong analytical skills and well-developed negotiation skills, plus a documented track-record of very profitable media buying. This role is ideal for someone who has industry contacts and experience with ad serving, ad servers or online campaign management tools. Fluent in English is a plus.
