This position can be either full time or part time.

This position allows you to get involved in a variety of assignments from social media marketing to direct sales providing an opportunity for personal growth to gain valuable experience. You will be working within a team of positive, professionals — very entrepreneurial, but small team environment. You will need to work independently, but to achieve a common goals within a team setting.

Required Specific Qualifications and Skills:
-Basic understanding of sales cycle and customer service
-Maintain a positive working relationship with all contacts by continuously building rapport, staying in touch and following up

-Ability to probe, listen, understand and respond to clients needs while informing and matching their needs with the company goals and accounting product
-Listen, understand and respond in a positive, professional manner in all situations while maintaining the underlining goal to promote LedgersOnline and satisfy needs in the business community.
-Ability to identify problems and problem solve with a commitment to better service to the client
-Working within a small team to achieve a common goal
-Ability to work with minimal direct management or supervision, and be proactive with calls to clients

Desired Knowledge and Skills:
-Knowledge of internet marketing, web advertising, and SEO is an asset
-Experience in desktop publishing is an asset
