What you will be doing
As an Online Marketing Coordinator you will be a vital part of our marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for administrating email campaigns and website marketing. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks from creating email templates, landing pages, forms, lead capture, and coordinating site maintenance, to providing ad-hoc support for special initiatives in online marketing including PPC advertising and SEO. This person will work closely with team members in marketing to ensure that all efforts are combined effectively. Flexibility, strong communication skills, organization and attention to detail are all critical success qualities. Your responsibilities would also include:

- Regularly updating and maintaining site content to mirror email campaigns, marketing efforts, PPC advertising, SEO efforts and special events/promotions
- Managing the execution of online marketing and website initiatives
- Working with the marketing team members to execute special projects related to increasing site presence and email list growth.
- Recommending site adjustments, new campaigns, and list development, and innovative testing to elevate online marketing results
- Ensuring the development, production, testing and delivery of email campaigns by required deadlines using our Marketing Automation System
- Working with the marketing team to maintain the promotional email calendar.
- QA and test emails (html and text versions) for compatibility with multiple email clients and web browsers; ensure all links, images, and subject lines are correct.
- Performing subject line, messaging, template and landing page A/B tests to optimize performance
- Understanding segmentation and relevance in email campaigns
- Understanding the measurements of email marketing success, and the ability to communicate it
- Keeping abreast of industry benchmarks and trends, and socialize that knowledge across the team and organization

- Self starter with the ability to multitask concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working within a website CMS and Email marketing automation system
