Laplink Software is looking to hire a talented and creative marketing associate with intermediate web design skills on a full-time basis in our Vancouver, Canada office.
Laplink is adding another member to its innovative marketing team who can create highly functional, usable and smart online marketing solutions and material using HTML and CSS.
As Online Marketing Associate, you will work within Laplink’s marketing department and be responsible for the maintenance and development of Laplink’s corporate website, writing marketing copy and other web-related projects.
Responsibilities:
* Write marketing copy for product web pages and other marketing related projects
* Maintain Laplink’s corporate website, laplink.com
* Manage website updates and other web-related tasks
* Develop Product Marketing Packages for Web and Print
Requirements:
* Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
* Strong understanding of web graphic design
* Strong copy writing skills
Nice to have:
* Understanding of web programming languages like JSP, ASP or PHP
* Experience designing websites with content management systems
* Involvement with any online marketing activities such as Pay-Per-Click (PPC), email campaigns, or affiliate marketing.
* Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals
* Experience in developing marketing tools for consumer based goods

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
