We are seeking an experienced Online Conversion Optimization Specialist to assist with on-going conversion optimization projects. You must have experience in improving online conversion funnels from various traffic sources. You must be a results driven, experienced individual that can reliably meet goals, deadlines and working in an existing environment that is very advanced with its online marketing tactics and methodologies.
Qualifications:
* Online Conversion Optimization with a track record of significant increases to conversion and target metrics to the Most Desired Action (MDA) for revenue
* Web Analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics
* Test & Target (or similar) Multivariate Testing (mbox)
* Must have an understanding and be able to document the significance/balance between SEO/PPC, Usability and Conversions
* Experience with loyalty programs to increase conversion
* Online Marketing Experience
* Standard conversion optimization including:
o Landing page optimization to minimize drop off rates
o Conversion Funnel Process and Optimization
o MV or AB monitoring and reporting
o Suggest website layout and design, keyword placement, branding keywords to increase conversion
o Recommend changes for increased web conversion
o Implement enhancements to loyalty programs
* Ability to Mock-up ideas in Graphical/HTML for marketing and creative teams
Job Requirements
Requirements: Required skills/attributes
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
* At least one year of Paid Search, SEO, and Social Media; two preferred
* Experience with web analytics, A/B and Multivariate testing applications.
* Knowledge of web usability, user experience, information architecture, and conversion optimization preferred.
* Basic HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and CMS experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including management, marketing, creative, production, external clients and outside vendors.
* Proven track record of developing actionable recommendations from quantitative analysis that meets or exceeds performance goals
* Proficient with SEO, Social Media, and PPC management, reporting, and analytical tools
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational, project management skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
* Ability to create buy-in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment
Compensation : 50-65k depending on experience
