An established Financial Media Company with a new website providing coverage of the microstock market is seeking a full time online business development specialist to blog, to write and post articles of selected companies on a daily basis and to develop out business online.

Online Business Developer

The ideal candidate will have a solid mix of technical and marketing experience. We are not looking for a programmer but having some previous hands on experience programming would be considered an asset.

Reporting to End-Client Marketing manager(s), the Online Business Development Lead is responsible for:

* Direct client interaction for new promotion materials, requirements and marketing purposes
* SEO related duties
* Social Media Promotion, interaction and ongoing maintenance of online presence.
* Customer buy-in and recommendations of how to best market their products, services or promotions.
* Creating online promotions and managing the marketing cycle of these ads.

Skills required for this role include:
* Strong copy-editing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to interact with Marketing, Sales and Technical managers in a professional manor
* Strong understanding of Social Media outlets and leveraging these tools for sales and marketing functions.
* Creating, Managing and developing online promotions, banner ads, Google Ads and various web related functions.
* A background or experience in direct marketing
* Technically savvy with MS operating systems, and comfortable in a wide variety of online tools and technologies.
