Multi-Media Technician and Online SEO Expert

CRG is looking for an individual who is highly creative and technically proficient in the multimedia arena. You have a passion for creating impactful multimedia solutions with a strong grasp of technical requirements and issues present in producing audio, video and other multimedia processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Shoot, edit and post video to streaming and DVD formats
* Record, edit and post audio into streaming and CD formats
* Set-up and operate sound and video equipment during live training events, including basic lighting and setup elements.
* Understand pod and video casting processes
* Able to lead and direct others in both live events and post production applications.
* Upload and post multimedia files online into numerous websites
* Manage production schedules and processes
* Conversion of videotapes in various audio and video formats
* Edit and brings high production values to promotional clips
* Familiar with or willing to learn online SEO strategies for all media types like You Tube, etc.
* Able to create online learning demo’s using capture software
* Able to create online impact (promotional and informational) movies using various methodologies like power point to flash, etc.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in similar roles. Formal multi-media education an asset.
* Excellent working knowledge of electronics, audio and video technology both pre and post applications
* Must be familiar with the techniques and equipment for shooting, dubbing, re-recording and editing. Able to work in the online environment in various programs.
* Familiar with SEO strategies or willing to learn and immediately apply this knowledge.
* Must be a fast learner and willing to stay current in this dynamic industry. You are a dedicated individual who is has a high level work ethic. You are a problem solver and do what ever it takes to get things done. Is able to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships and is careful to offer a high-quality service.
* Able to solve technical problems and suggest changes to improve
* MUST be fluent in English, both written and oral

Work Schedule:
* Monthly salary 8:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday. Part-time to start but willing to consider full time immediately for the right person.
* Plus flexibility of working nights and weekends and some extra hours off site plus in the future some travel required to tape live events.
* Salary commensurate upon experience, background and skills.
