Marketing & Sales Manager w/ SEO Skills - Burnaby (BC) Canada

Purpose

The Marketing & Sales Manager will support the overall business objectives through the appropriate planning, budgeting, coordinating and executing of the marketing plan

The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for brand consistency and quality throughout the entire organization. This would include support for all operational related forms and documents, third party communication, administrative correspondence and more.

This role will work directly with and oversee all responsibilities of the Sales & Operations Manager. The two roles will work together to maximize business and sales. This will require the use of appropriate marketing avenues, strategic campaigns, tracking of results as well as regular communication and coordination at the staff level to ensure consistent sales performance at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities-
Quality, Print, Corporate Brand & Design
* Maintaining and updating the branding & graphic standards and ensuring quality and consistency of all corporate external and internal documentation (email signatures, form requirements, templates, policy manual, etc.)
* Designing of all customer and internal correspondence including; follow up letters, marketing related announcements, newsletters, bulletin boards, email marketing, location signs, etc.
* Contract negotiation, design and proof review of all external ad pieces including but not limited to; yellow pages, bus shelters, etc.
* Designing and regular publication of the internal newsletter
* Store product displays and merchandising

Web, SEO & Web Referral
* Coordinating all website updates, changes and monitoring results
* SEO including managing ad words and analyzing and reporting on results of web performance
* Preparing, executing and reporting on all email marketing campaigns
* Regular updates of web referral sites

Management
* Regular reporting, communication and discussion on the Marketing Plan, Timeline, Sales Training Guide and the Marketing Budget
* Ensuring the marketing strategy is planned, budgeted, coordinated executed and reviewed
* Regular coordination, communication and overseeing of the Sales & Operations Manager (including; staff performance, upcoming advertisements, tracking expectations, sales targets and lead generation, etc.)
* Regular reporting of campaign/advertising results including ROI, tracking, response, etc.
* Promotional inventory management and ordering as required

Specifications
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role
* Marketing Management Diploma or equivalent
* Business Administration Certificate an asset
* Must have Business and technical writing education/experience
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and InDesign (Adobe Suite)
* Must be proficient with web design, html, SEO
* Creative with a keen eye for detail and layout regarding advertisements, promotional pieces, etc.
* Excellent English and communication skills (verbal/written), negotiation abilities and resolution skills
* A valid BC Drivers license and vehicle as some travel to locations may be required
