Marketing manager (Richmond, BC)

OPPORTUNITY
ZE PowerGroup is a growing software and consulting company located in Richmond, BC. Our ZEMA suite of software is award winning and class leading. We are seeking a technically skilled marketing manager to join our progressive sales and marketing team. The position is highly collaborative and needs a team oriented player that can bring his or her drive to the creative process and actively support our sales objectives.

This is a hands on position that shares in creative and technical development as a lead in the marketing arena while continuously strategy with sales management and executive management to drive corporate revenue. ZE desires to build on its already strong brand and market success as it moves into its next stage of growth. ZE sells its enterprise software systems to companies across North America and in Europe. The firm undertakes extensive electronic marketing and has significant conference participation.

JOB DUTIES
* Collaborate in marketing and sales strategy with other managers and senior executives
* Undertake market and competitive research to support sales and marketing strategy
* Develop action plans
* Be involved in the design and execution of the ZE web site, intranet and collateral marketing materials
* Undertake sales and marketing campaigns
* Measure and track campaign performance
* Author press releases, white papers, materials, web content, social media content and other collateral
* Participate in industry events
* Support vendor and partner relationships

QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience managing diverse work teams and collaborating on marketing and sales strategy and execution
* Proven success in developing new revenue
* Skilled in graphic design and web development
* Knowledge of print production
* Understand SEO and social media
* Articulate communicator in person, in print and via electronic media with excellent written and spoken English
* Experience in enterprise software sales and marketing an asset
* Experience in event management and promotion an asset
* 10 plus years experience
* University educated or relevant designations
