As a SEO Developer, you will work closely with other members of your team to update and maintain web applications and our many client sites, and market them successfully. You are an ambitious self-starting individual that can work well under supervision, within a team or on your own.

Type of work expected are: Landing Pages and Web development work, User interface design, Usability, Copy writer, Blog Setup, Generate Product Feeds for Froogle, Ebay, Price Grabber,.etc.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* 2 - 3 years of work related experience in graphics/web design/development
* Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, ImageReady, Illustrator
* Proficient in graphics/web design
* Ability to hand code table-less XHTML and CSS
* Working knowledge of JavaScript
* Cross browser platform production skills
* Strong communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Good organizational and multi-tasking skills while maintaining attention to detail
* A portfolio of web sites / applications that can be viewed on-line
* Ability to work with and around ASP, ASP.NET and PHP.

* Develop the SEO & SEM roadmap and strategy
* Work across multiple areas in our organization in order to track, optimize, and develop our SEO & SEM strategy
* Provide an SEO perspective when new projects are started to ensure that search benefits are optimized
* Review trends and web analytics to provide recommendations for future areas of focus as they relate to SEO & SEM
* Develop weekly and monthly search reports
* Continual monitoring and execution of SEO efforts on all controlled websites to increase search traffic and visibility
* Keyword research
* Develop, maintain and execute PPC marketing campaigns
* Develop a link building strategy and program, including negotiating link exchanges and purchases
