We are searching for a dynamic team player to help grow Good Earth into a leader for on-line sales of independent vacations. 2008 will see the launch of a redesigned website leading to e-commerce functionality: you will be our go-to person for all things Internet and Email marketing related.

Your strengths are in implementing SEM and email marketing initiatives that drive web traffic to increase On/Offline sales. You are results-oriented and can work independently to develop and implement strategies for:

* SEO
* Paid search campaigns
* Landing page design, testing and optimization
* List building and email campaigns
* ROI reporting using Google Analytics or Clicktracks

We are looking for demonstrated experience and success in the above (minimum 2 years), plus formal training in business or marketing. Knowledge and understanding of European-based search engine marketing is a definite asset, as is knowledge of HTML and photoshop. You have excellent copy writing skills with a specific focus on writing for the web.
