We are looking for the very best online conversion specialist, who wants to take his/her knowledge to the next level working for the worlds largest online lead generator in online gambling.
The person is likely an online marketing guru in Canada with hands-on approach and focus on optimization in daily work.

Position:
Responsible for optimizing a large number of our client gambling guides, in poker and casino on 23 local markets
Participate in site re-designs and enhancements as a measurements expert, identifying reporting requirements, monitoring the reporting implementation and evaluating post-launch metrics.
Share research findings and best practices with team and company including customer insight, benchmarking, and industry updates.
Tactical analysis - using Site Catalyst to review click-through, key paths, most popular pages etc and optimize content / offers in response
Reporting on A / B test results
Perform ad-hoc analysis; proactively work to meet our reporting/analysis needs
Base lining key metrics (i.e., conversion, abandonment %, etc.) of current web site to be used to measure improvement progress over time.
Working with web analytics, user experience, and development teams to prioritize initiatives and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Professional requirements:
B.A. or advanced degree in Economics, Business or closely related study. A Graduate Degree is desired.
3-5 years industry experience, experience in lead generation portals/guides or consumer e-commerce preferred
Proven track record of successfully defining and delivering complex projects with superior ROI, from business case through deployment.
Experience with leading web analytics packages.
Mid-level expertise in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and a minimum one year experience measure success of SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns / efforts.
Thorough understanding of website metrics, data analysis, behavioural analysis and reporting tools
Good understanding of organic and paid search engine positioning and strategies
Formal requirements:
4 years online optimization experience
University degree
