Sitemasher is building an online platform for online development and is looking for an Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization Specialist with a solid understanding of usability. We have built a great team so far and also believe in working and playing hard at the same time.

Responsibilities:
* Search term research, keyword analysis and creating keyword lists.
* Copy audit review, recommendations, writing and insertion of new copy for optimization purposes.
* HTML tag optimization: title, description, keyword, alt and meta.
* Inbound link generation.
* Non-paid search engine and directory listing.
* Implementing and managing pay per click programs (Google Ad Words, Yahoo and MSN).
* Managing search engine optimization (SEO) maintenance programs.
* Website analytics - compilation and analysis
* Understands the importance with Social networking networks, inbound linking and community building.
* Understands the proper etiquette between informal blogging, formal blogging, interacting on forums.
* Blogging & RSS optimization.
*Press releases optimization and some knowledge of the media distribution networks via RSS
*Expert knowledge in programs including (but not limited to); MS Word, Excel

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year Search Engine Optimization and Internet marketing experience.
* Works well within a team environment.
* A strong interest in search engine marketing and the web.
* Up-to-date with the online market place
* Excellent writing and communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office programs.
* Ability to multitask
