THE MUST-HAVES:

The Director of Internet Marketing plans, directs, and manages the team executing the
marketing of the company’s products and services.

An integral part of the senior team, the Director,
Marketing will work across all areas of the business, and primarily with the
Executive team, external agencies and the Marketing Team.
Who you are

You have a proven track record in pure-play digital
and interactive marketing, either in an agency setting or working on the client side for a heavily online-focused enterprise, and possess an excellent knowledge of the online marketing field, both in Canada and internationally

You are an excellent culture fit to our dynamic,
energetic and creative team.

You are an intelligent strategic thinker and an
excellent communicator.

You have experience managing teams of at least 4 members.

You have experience using web and online marketing
analytics systems.

You have proven experience managing and motivating
a creative team.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work closely with key stakeholders in sales and
product development - to determine business objectives and strategy.

Work with external interactive marketing agencies
on overall and specific strategy on search marketing, affiliate marketing, public relations, and work with agencies to explore new opportunities.

Oversee brand strategy, maintenance and positioning,
working with branding agency and other external agencies to manage brand for existing and new products.

Work with executive management team to formulate overall corporate strategy.

Design and execute marketing performance reporting systems.

Maintain corporate awareness of competitive landscape.

Create and manage marketing schedule, budgets and project plans.

This is a contract position with possibility of extension to permanent. We are looking for candidates that can work on-site 40 hours a week during this period.
