Your role in the Robeez adventure:
Providing an account of your adventure to the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a starring role in supporting and implementing the internet strategic plan and managing internet marketing programs from concept development to launch and execution. In this outstanding opportunity, you will undertake the following:

- Manage daily interactions with Marketing, Brand and Ecommerce teams to execute online marketing initiatives designed to increase brand recognition, drive traffic, increase average order value and conversion rates
- Assist in identifying and developing programs to drive traffic to the sites including SEM, PPC, and Affiliate marketing. Identify and secure advertising, search engine positioning and web presence opportunities.
- Manage affiliate program
- Coordinate product launches, email campaigns, promotions and website creative functions.
- Implement SEM/SEO strategies and initiatives and manage relevant relationships
- Coordinate and execute Internet-based promotions
- Establish, track and manage key metrics related to the success of the internet strategy; draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations based on results.
- Manage website maintenance, UAT, inventory and product merchandising
- Update website content and coordinate website translation
- Conduct website-related, usability and best practices research as needed, document and recommend improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the ECommerce Manager.

Adventure Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or related field; Internet Marketing Certificate an asset
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience coordinating integrated marketing programs with proven results; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Marketing promotional experience in other channels and direct response marketing experience an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Dream Weaver, Photoshop preferred.
- Detail-oriented, strong time management skills, and strong project management skills.
- Understanding of web technologies, their capabilities, interactivities and effect on the user experience.
- Knowledge of web design, Ecommerce best practices, web analytics, commerce and content management software.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SEO, SEM Affiliate marketing, email marketing, and
- Strong understanding of B2C e-commerce.
- Strong business writing skills.
- Familiarity with managing and communicating with developers
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
