Web Developer;
Full Time m-f 8:30AM - 4:30PM

Job Description: Our current in-house web guru is leaving us in two weeks to become a full time programmer. So, we are looking for a new in-house web guru. This job entails building and maintaining our various websites, lots of database work, etc.. If you think you are the right person for our position note that you’ll have a high level of integrity, be very organized and have both great oral and written communication skills. You really must have the ability to learn quickly, work independently (as part of a small agile team that includes 2 graphic artists, and a remote additional website developer at our US office ), plus be adaptable, creative and customer focused.

Qualifications:
- Experience in PHP and MySQL is required.
- Hand coding HTML, CSS, Javascript is required.
- Experience in Flash actionscript is an asset.
- Experience with e-commerce and SEO is an asset.
- Software: Dreamweaver, PhpED, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator on a Windows environment.
- Experience in Drupal is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve existing websites.
- Manage domains.
- Manage email accounts.
- Optimize existing web designs and create new ones.
- Work together with a team of graphic designers and sales persons.
- Create online stores.
- Support several Drupal sites.
- Support html, flash and php sites.
- Create forms and online contests.
- Create images of products and marketing materials.

Must be self motivated, have strong communication skills and legally allowed to work in Canada. Also must be able to tackle multiple projects at the same time and have a good positive attitude (our office staff are a tight knit family that you would be joining - no grumps here!).
