Electronic Production / Web Developer
(Part-time, freelance, full-time)

ISI is looking to increase it’s team of production developers. ISI currently has part-time, freelance and possible full-time openings in Electronic Production to assist in completing studio projects to various brand distribution channels (Web, video, print, eMarketing etc).

Working closely with the studio, electronic production team player will
develop ISI’s brand messages and designs into media and print projects. This individual(s) must be willing and able to follow the production process and deliverable timelines of ISI.

Responsibilities:
o Serving as a electronic production lead to collaborating with ISI to execute projects. This is a support career vs a design career.
o Apply advanced knowledge for troubleshooting technical issues of graphic files for pre-press and printing, in electronic files for Web and on-screen viewing

Required Skills / Experience
o Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a design related firm.
o Successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge and understanding of Adobe Go-Live, Final Cut Pro, Adobe CS3, Dreamweaver, Flash, html editing skills, and experience integrating multimedia elements into websites, and presentations such as audio and video.
o Successful candidate will possess the ability to solve production challenges through intelligent and conceptual creativity that supports the brand delivery results.
o Successful candidate(s) will stay current regarding the latest techniques of production programs and seek innovative solutions
o Successful candidate will possess above average interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive team player attitude
o Successful candidate will have the knowledge to assist in costing and budget allocation for proposal generation
o Working knowledge of Search Engine Strategies (Google Analytics), Web 2.0, eMarketing - Mailbuild, CMS - Expression Engine,
