Responsibilities
* Consistently create interactive online experiences that meet client objectives
* Interacting with project teams to understand business and user requirements
* Collaborate with creative and technical teams to determine the most appropriate solution
* Design, program, and test web based solutions
* Accurate attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Effectively communicate with clientele
* Create prototypes for client engagements
* Other related duties as needed

Required Skills
* Thorough web technology knowledge and experience (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML/XSLT, server side scripting, databases, etc)
* Knowledge of object oriented programming
* Exposure to Content Management Systems
* Fluent in all Adobe products

Desired Skills
* 2 - 4 years experience in an agency environment
* Experience with .NET (C#) and MS SQL
* Experience with Flash
* Experience with open source
* Knowledge of usability best practices
* Search engine optimization (SEO)
