We are looking for a flash web designer to design a sleek/future/hightech style looking website for a video production company:

Overall the site will have an estimate of between 5-8 main pages not including sub pages.

Some requirements that we are looking for:
- Knows SEO and can help us improve our search engine results
- Has experience with Video and hosting HD video on site
- Is able to include a client login where clients can log in to see the progress of their uploaded project directly on a secure section of the website.
- Quote Location where customers can fill out a quote box/project description with their contact info which will send the info directly to us though email

Some things we wanted to ask you about:
- Can you make it possible for us to upload and take down videos and create video description and video Icons as we please kind of like how Youtube does it without having to send you the video to be uploaded everytime?
- If we cant do that, how do updates work (uploading a video and description) in regards to compensation
