General Responsibilities:
Within the Brand Management organizational structure this position is developed around the responsibility of online marketing strategic programs. This position is responsible for the strategic implementation of identified online programs. The individual will make recommendations leading to critical business discussions and maintain effective agency relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and will contribute to the 2010 online marketing strategy developed within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement company’s overall Internet strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals, marketing plans and brand strategy
Develop well-structured and integrated online marketing material, including website content, email, advertising/promotions
Facilitate/manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and implementation of online campaigns (AdWords, display ads)
Understanding of Web 2.0 environment and evolving Web tools used to improve online presence and marketing efforts
Drive traffic through integrated campaigns, online branding tactics and principles to the company e-commerce website
Schedule and execute regular email marketing campaigns
Perform day-to-day website content maintenance
Provide web analytics reporting and analysis via Google Analytics platform
Requirements:
At least 3 years online marketing experience
Internet marketing experience, with advanced understanding of usability, information architecture, search engine optimization, and online advertising
Skilled multi-task oriented person with the ability to bring great ideas to life
High energy and desire to work in a results oriented, fast growing changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
Project management and problem-solving skills, with ability to take directions well and then execute independently
An understanding of the principles of Web Standards and their applications, in addition to knowledge of Content Management Tools, HBX, Google Analytics, Photoshop, HTML, MS Office/Excel
