E-commerce Marketing Coordinator
(slash PPC specialist, slash graphic designer, slash visionary.....) you get the picture.
We are a rapidly growing, diverse company looking for someone who needs a challenge; plain and simple. Our ideal candidate has a lot of common sense, a reasonable amount of hands-on - (yes that means you’ve actually done it) experience, the ability to figure stuff out without a whole lot of training or direction, and a positive attitude.
You are someone who is looking for an employer that has an opportunity for someone like you to come in and show off your skills; to make a great impression - to clean up, sort out, build, and be responsible for a laundry list of details. You’re looking for some space to be creative, coordinated and organized, to analyze the heck out of something and make a killer proposal to your team.
Here’s an idea of what you’ll need to accomplish:
* Assist in the development and implementation of annual marketing and business plan, programs and events
* Evaluate campaigns and partnerships to achieve the most favorable terms and results; current processes utilizing this content and suggest/create alternative process/formats.
* Design and conduct product & service messages for prospects and clients for website, targeted email campaigns including e-Newsletters, and mailings
* Develop and execute promotional plans, marketing and communication initiatives
* Manage the setup and tracking of all online marketing campaigns
* Provide analysis of marketing activities and propose recommendations for changes and new initiatives.
* Proactively research products and recognize emerging technologies and customer impacts; provide industry research in positioning corporate products for marketing
* Monitor market price changes, market trends, research online and offline advertising channels, promotional programs and events.
And if you’re really ‘solid’....:
* Develop sustainable processes as they relate to ecommerce
* Provide key analysis and recommendations based on program review and site analytics data.
* Lead and manage the company’s search engine optimization; execute and optimize online marketing strategies for paid searches, manage budgets, analyze keyword costs, and processes for maximizing ROI
* Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis of PPC marketing campaigns. Summarize metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive direction based upon data.
* Test and optimize keyword bids, ad copy and work to optimize landing pages. Conduct competitive research and make recommendations on keyword selection.
* Website and marketing design and administration
* Work with Management to make recommendations and manage the testing of website changes and enhancements related to usability, functions/features, and custom interface, that directly impact consumer download and purchase behavior.
So far so good? To achieve all this, you’ll likely want to have some or all of the following:
* At least 2 years marketing experience
* Ecommerce experience and a college/university degree in marketing and / or business admin
We’ll be looking to see that you also bring with you:
* Ability to think strategically while managing details
* Customer focus - demonstrates a genuine desire to help or serve internal or external customers, to anticipate and meet their ongoing needs and teach others to do the same.
* Entrepreneurial / inquisitive nature
* Excellent written, analytical and oral communications.
* Research and detail oriented; thorough in gathering all facts and ensuring that they are correct; highly developed follow-up skills
And if you have any of this in your back pocket, you’ll rise to the top:
* Experience optimizing campaign and creative performance
* Experience with Pay Per Click and pay for placement techniques (1000+ keywords)
* Good understanding of all online advertising models; CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC, and PPC
* Experience working with affiliate networks, social networking
* Knowledge of conversion analysis and landing page analysis
* Newsletters, promotion, print media
* Self starter with the ability to multitask concurrent projects and deadlines. Strong organizational skills
* Web development, web design, graphic design
